Student Anxiety Support Group


Many students affected by anxiety find it helpful to meet and talk with others who have had similar experiences.  Discussing symptoms, self help ideas and strategies in a relaxed and understanding environment can be a great support to recovery.  

Study can be stressful. Students can easily get anxious trying to juggle school, work, friends, and family while trying to figure out the rest of their life. Most of us bounce back. But frequent, intense, and uncontrollable anxiety that interferes with your daily routines may be a sign of an anxiety disorder.  Support, information and self-help for students with  Anxiety.   Family members and friends also welcome.

Meets the 2nd Monday of each month

(except on public holidays, then 2nd Tues of the month)
