Support Groups

Support Groups provide an opportunity for people to help one another, understand their anxiety disorder and the recovery process.

We are having to adapt in ways that are completely new, and the unfamiliarity of this can bring anxiety for all of us. Each new day brings new guidelines and conditions however please remember that which has come to isolate us can also unites us.

At a time when we are having to physically distance ourselves from one another it is also a time to ensure we don’t emotionally disconnect, let our voices do the work, reach out through the distance and uncertainty of it all and let our human kindness and compassion do its job.

We are vulnerable together, anxious together, sad together, scared together and hopeful to see a way through this time together.

The virtual support groups will provide an avenue for us to share our concerns or worries, hope, motivations and our journey in a safe, supportive environment.

Please refer to the events calendar for sessions.

You will need to book in and we will cap them at 8 people per group. And there will be some new guidelines around virtual support groups etiquette.
