Anxiety, Stress & Worry

4 Week Group Program

This 4 week program provides an opportunity to learn skills and strategies to assist recovery in a friendly and supportive group. The program will provide you with information about well researched strategies for anxiety, stress and worry.
Sessions include:
  • working with thoughts and feelings (cognitive behavioural therapy)
  • learning to relax
  • understanding and managing the physical symptoms of stress
  • acceptance and self-compassion
  • developing a plan of action

Gwenda is a Meditation & Relaxation Teacher and Stress Management Life Coach. Gwenda brings a warm and light hearted approach to her teaching and has taught Recovery Programs widely. She has a strong foundation in the area of anxiety, being the co-founder and former CEO of a state wide counselling and education service for anxiety disorders, depression and benzodiazepine dependency.

Dates:  Friday 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th May  11.30am – 12.30pm

Venue:  Chrysallis Centre, 164A Warrandyte Road, Ringwood North. (Ample parking at the rear of the building and entry is from the rear).

Cost: $80
