NEW WELLBEING ANXIETY SUPPORT GROUP

A group for Social Contact which will include opportunities for (coffee/tea & chat), talking, listening, being heard and light gentle exercise(walking). Other wellbeing activities that could be explored each month may include eg. gentle yoga, guided meditation, cooking, breath work, mindfulness, Introduction to tai chi, body scanning, art therapies.

Meets the FIRST Monday each month.

Venue: Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria, 292 Canterbury Road, Surrey Hills.

Time: 1.30pm – 3.00pm

Cost: FREE (Gold coin donation appreciated)

2020 Dates: 4th May, 1st June, 6th July, 3rd August, 7th September, 5th October, 2nd November, 7th December.
