Anxiety and stress affect more children than you may think and can cause children to feel more worried and tense about things than other children their age.
Contact our OCD & Anxiety Helpline for support, information and referrals. Helpline and Webchat hours have been extended from 10am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday.
Recovery involves gaining quality of life through meaningful roles, relationships, and participation in the community and less about cure and more about living a satisfying life.
In order to keep our services accessible to all, we ask for donations from those who can afford it and feel they would like to contribute to supporting services.

People who have been living with an anxiety disorder sharing their journey of hope and recovery. Stories that hope to inspire and encourage people to seek inner strength and courage.
