  • Develop skills to manage the physical anxiety responses
  • Gradually face anxiety producing situations
  • Overcome barriers to achieving your goals and participating in life
  • Enhance confidence in social situations

Course Duration 6 sessions x 2 hours

The program is conducted in a group with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 participants.
