The Anxiety Recovery Centre library is located at our new offices: 292 Canterbury Road, Surrey Hills.

The library has a range of books, CDs, DVDs on the various Anxiety Disorders such as OCD, trichotillomania, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, anxiety in children and other related topics.

ARCVic Members are eligible to borrow from over 200 titles available.

People are welcome to come in and have a browse, cuppa and enjoy the library. We also have a large range of information leaflets including symtoms, treatment options and research articles from well known mental health professionals and universities.

meets on the last Wednesday of each month at Maitland Meeting Room (cottage at rear), Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
