Gain assistance with identifying your strengths.

Enhance your life management skills – goal setting, problem solving/

decision making, and time management.

Understand how certain health and lifestyle changes

can assist with reducing stress & anxiety.

Learn with others in a supportive environment.

 

Course Duration 6 sessions x 2.5 hours

Dates Wednesday evenings, Time 6.30pm – 9.00pm

Cost $180.00

Medicare rebates are available subject to eligibility criteria

This program will focus on teaching stress and anxiety management skills and will not directly address a specific anxiety disorder.
The program will be more appropriate for people who need assistance managing their own stress levels and managing stressful situations or environments at work, study or home.

The program is conducted in a group with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 participants.
