Support Groups
Support Groups provide an opportunity for people to help one another, understand their anxiety disorder and the recovery process.
The groups provide an avenue to share their hope, motivations and their journey in a safe, supportive environment.
ARCVic Member Marnie's poem The Open Door is a great expression of what we hope people bring to and take from our support groups.
A full list of all regular support group times is available below. Times and dates for each session are available through our events calendar.
***Please check meeting times for December and January as some groups will be closed over the Christmas period***
